Kalyan Karmakar (Editorial Board) - Bengali by birth. Foodie by religion. Market researcher by profession. Gourmet by passion. He loves to grill chicken drumsticks and every new restaurant in town. And though he will never openly admit it, he happens to be his own favourite chef. In between devouring chocolate, cheese, chicken, fish, ham, pork, mutton and beef, Kalyan squeezes out some time to write about it.
